What strength of aluminum do you use?
In the Nopsa tent PRO we use 1.8 mm thick strong aluminum on the legs and in the Nopsa tent EXTREME model the aluminum thickness are 2 mm on the legs.
What model of aluminum profile do you use for the legs?
We only use hexagonal aluminum. The leg diameters of the Nopsa tent PRO are 40 mm and the diameter of the legs of the Nopsa tent EXTREME is 50 mm.
How much does an aluminum frame or roof weigh?
Weight varies by size. You can find information about the weight under the product information of each tent on our website.
Can I get my logo on the Nopsa tent?
Yes, a logo or text can be printed on the roof or side wall of the Nopsa tent. Feel free to contact our sales and you will receive an offer for your printing.
How snow and storm resistant are the tents?
Nopsa tents are suitable for use all year round. However, we cannot give guarantees for snow and storm conditions.
Will the nylon joint last?
In the Pro model of the Nopsa tent, all joints are made of strong nylon. Our nylon joints withstand the Finnish winter and winds well. We know this because the model in question is our best-selling tent and we have received nothing but good feedback from our customers. In addition, our company has more than 100 tents for café and rental use all year round.
Do the tents have a warranty?
All our products have a one-year limited warranty. See the warranty section for more details on the delivery conditions.
What is the lifespan of the tent?
The service life depends on the amount and quality of use. If the tent is used e.g. at fairs a few times a year, the lifespan of the tent is tens of years. In year-round outdoor use, the service life is shorter.
If I use the Nopsa tent at a party, how many people can fit under it?
– Approximately 1 person per 1 m² without seating.
– Approximately 1 person per 1.2 m² with seating.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be sent at the latest on the business day following your order, when the entire payment has been seen by us. This applies to products in stock.
Do you offer 24 hour delivery?
Our express delivery takes 24-48 hours. A possible additional charge is based on the place of delivery and weight.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number. Please note that for advance payments, it may take up to 3 days for your payment to appear in our bank account.
I would like to pick up my order myself. Is it possible?
Yes, we are a Finnish company and our sales showroom and warehouse are located in Harjavalta. See our address and opening hours in the contact information.
How to clean the tent?
The fabrics of the Nopsa tent can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent. Cleaning is easy thanks to the coating on the fabric. Remember to let the tent dry before storing. The frame of the Nopsa tent can be cleaned with a brush or a damp rag, you can also use a mild detergent.
How is the tent frame maintained?
Remember to check from time to time that all the screws and nuts of the frame structure of the tent are tight. Check that the tent legs and parts of the frame structure are not bent. If a part breaks, order a spare part. It is easy to change the frame parts yourself. You can also send your tent to us for maintenance and we will check all the parts and replace the broken ones.
Are spare parts available for tents?
Spare parts are available for all Nopsa tents – ask from our customer service.
How does the tent stay in place in windier weather?
Ground wedges and cords are delivered with all tent packages. Metal weights are available as accessories – these are necessary on asphalt, etc. where ground wedges cannot be used. See weight options from here.
